In any document, a reference to the Department of Industrial Relations, Employment, Training and Further Education is to be construed as a reference to the Department of Industrial Relations, except as provided by subclauses (2) and (3).
In any document, a reference to the Department of Industrial Relations, Employment, Training and Further Education is to be construed as a reference to the Office of the Board of Vocational Education and Training if the reference is used in or in relation to legislation administered by the Minister for Education and Training.
