(1)
The name of the Department of Environment and Conservation is changed to the Department of Environment and Climate Change. The Department is responsible to the Minister for Climate Change, Environment and Water.
(2)
In any document, a reference to the Department of Environment and Conservation is to be construed as a reference to the Department of Environment and Climate Change.
