3-oc.176 3 Change of name of Department of Housing to Housing NSW
(1)
The name of the Department of Housing is changed to Housing NSW. Housing NSW is responsible to the Minister for Housing.
(2)
In any document, a reference to the Department of Housing is to be construed as a reference to Housing NSW.
