3-oc.76 3 Construction of references to Community Corrections Service and community corrections officers
(1)
In any document, a reference to the Community Corrections Service in the Department of Courts Administration is to be construed as a reference to the New South Wales Probation Service in the Department of Courts Administration.
(2)
In any document, a reference to a community corrections officer employed in the Department of Courts Administration is to be construed as a reference to a probation officer employed in the Department of Courts Administration.
