8-oc.19 8 Construction of references to Minister for Utilities
In any document, a reference to the Minister for Utilities is to be construed—
(a)
if used in or in relation to legislation administered by the Minister for Energy, as a reference to the Minister for Energy, or
(b)
if used in or in relation to legislation administered by the Minister for Water Utilities, as a reference to the Minister for Water Utilities.
