30-oc.5 30 Construction of references to Minister for State and Regional Development
In any document, a reference to the Minister for State and Regional Development is to be construed—
(a)
if used in or in relation to legislation administered by the Minister for Trade and Investment, as a reference to the Minister for Trade and Investment, or
(b)
if used in or in relation to legislation administered by the Minister for Regional Infrastructure and Services, as a reference to the Minister for Regional Infrastructure and Services.
