In any document, a reference to the Property Services Group is to be construed as a reference to the Department of Public Works and Services, except as provided by subclause (2).
In any document, a reference to the Property Services Group is to be construed as a reference to the Department of Urban Affairs and Planning if the reference is used in or in relation to legislation administered by the Minister for Urban Affairs and Planning.
In any document, a reference to the Managing Director of the Property Services Group is to be read as a reference to the Director-General of the Department of Public Works and Services, except as provided by subclause (4).
In any document, a reference to the Managing Director of the Property Services Group is to be read as a reference to the Director of Planning if the reference is used in or in relation to legislation administered by the Minister for Urban Affairs and Planning.
