2-oc.77 2 Construction of references to Premier’s Office
(1)
In any Act or statutory instrument, or in any other instrument, or in any contract or agreement, a reference to the Premier’s Office shall be construed as a reference to the Premier’s Department.
(2)
In any Act or statutory instrument, or in any other instrument, or in any contract or agreement, a reference to the Director-General of the Premier’s Office shall be construed as a reference to the Director-General of the Premier’s Department.
