Administrative Changes Orders 1977–2023

The name of the Department of Industry and Investment is changed to the Department of Trade and Investment, Regional Infrastructure and Services.

The Department of Trade and Investment, Regional Infrastructure and Services is responsible to the following Ministers—

Deputy Premier,

Minister for Trade and Investment,

Minister for Regional Infrastructure and Services,

Minister for Primary Industries,

Minister for Small Business,

Minister for Resources and Energy,

Special Minister of State,

Minister for Tourism, Major Events, Hospitality and Racing,

Minister for the Arts,

Minister for Medical Research.

In any document, a reference to the Department of Industry and Investment is to be construed as a reference to the Department of Trade and Investment, Regional Infrastructure and Services.
