In this Order—
statutory SOC has the same meaning as in the State Owned Corporations Act 1989, but does not include any of the following statutory SOCs—
(a)
Rail Corporation New South Wales,
(b)
Rail Infrastructure Corporation,
(c)
Transport Infrastructure Development Corporation.
