3-oc.242 3 Construction of references in Entertainment Industry Act 2013
(1)
The reference to the Secretary of the Treasury in the definition of Secretary in section 4 (1) of the Entertainment Industry Act 2013 is to be construed as a reference to the Commissioner for Fair Trading, Department of Finance, Services and Innovation, or, if there is no person employed as Commissioner for Fair Trading, the Secretary of the Department of Finance, Services and Innovation.
(2)
The references to the Treasury in sections 31, 36 and 41 of the Entertainment Industry Act 2013 are to be construed as references to the Department of Finance, Services and Innovation.
