9-oc.3 9 Construction of references to Minister for Minerals and Energy
(1)
In any document, a reference to the Minister for Minerals and Energy is to be construed as a reference to the Minister for Natural Resources, except as provided by subclause (2).
(2)
In any document, a reference to the Minister for Minerals and Energy is to be construed as a reference to the Minister for Energy, if the reference is used in or in relation to legislation administered by the latter Minister.
