(1)
The persons employed in the Institute of Sport Staff Agency are transferred to the Office of Sport.
(2)
The Institute of Sport Staff Agency is abolished.
(3)
A reference in any Act or statutory or other instrument, or in any contract or agreement to the Institute of Sport Staff Agency is to be construed as a reference to the Office of Sport.
