Clause 5 Ministers to whom Public Service agencies responsible Omit “Attorney General, and Minister for the Prevention of Domestic Violence” from the second column of the matter relating to the Department of Premier and Cabinet in clause 5(1).
Insert instead “Special Minister of State, Minister for the Public Service and Employee Relations, Aboriginal Affairs, and the Arts”.
