15-oc.19 15 Construction of references to Minister for Education
In any document, a reference to the Minister for Education (required by clause 16 of the previous Ministers order to be construed as a reference to the Minister for Education and Early Childhood Learning) is to be construed—
(a)
as a reference to the Minister for Skills and Tertiary Education if used in or in relation to legislation administered by that Minister, or
(b)
in any other case, as a reference to the Minister for Education and Early Childhood Learning.
