6-oc.34 6 Abolition of Office of the Children’s Guardian as a Department and transfer of branches
(1)
All branches are removed from the Office of the Children’s Guardian and added to the Office for Children.
(2)
The Office of the Children’s Guardian is abolished as a Department of the Public Service.
(3)
In any document, a reference to the Office of the Children’s Guardian is to be construed as a reference to the Office for Children.
