16-oc.5 16 Abolition of Valuer-General’s Department and transfer of branches

(Repealed)
(2)
All branches are removed from the Valuer-General’s Department and added to the Department of Information Technology and Management.
(3)
The Valuer-General’s Department is abolished as a department of the Public Service.
(4)
In any document, a reference to the Valuer-General’s Department is to be construed as a reference to the Department of Information Technology and Management.
(5)
The reference in the definition of Department in section 4 of the Valuation of Land Act 1916 to the Department of Land and Water Conservation is to be construed as a reference to the Department of Public Works and Services.
