A reference in any of the following provisions of the Home Building Act 1989 to the Director-General (within the meaning of that Act), being a reference required by clause 5 (1) of the 2011 Order to be construed as a reference to the Secretary of the Treasury, is to be construed as a reference to the Director-General of the Department of Finance and Services—
section 103R,
section 122 (to the extent that it relates to functions under Part 6A of that Act).
The reference in section 103T of the Home Building Act 1989 to the Department of Fair Trading (required by clause 5 (2) of the 2011 Order to be construed as a reference to Treasury) is to be construed as a reference to the Department of Finance and Services.
In this clause, 2011 Order means the Public Sector Employment and Management (General) Order 2011.
