8-oc.6 8 Construction of references to Department of Agriculture and Fisheries
(1)
In any document, a reference to the Department of Agriculture and Fisheries is to be construed as a reference to the Department of Agriculture, except as provided by subclause (2).
(2)
In any document, a reference to the Department of Agriculture and Fisheries is to be construed as a reference to the Office of Fisheries, if the reference is used in or in relation to the Fisheries and Oyster Farms Act 1935.
