12-oc.22 12 Abolition of Office of Environment and Heritage
(1)
The persons employed in the Office of Environment and Heritage are, except as provided by this Order, transferred to the Department of Planning, Industry and Environment.
(2)
The Office of Environment and Heritage is abolished.
(3)
In any document—
(a)
a reference to the Office of Environment and Heritage is, subject to this Order, to be construed as a reference to the Department of Planning, Industry and Environment, and
(b)
a reference to the Chief Executive of the Office of Environment and Heritage is, subject to this Order, to be construed as a reference to the Secretary of the Department of Planning, Industry and Environment.
