36-oc.3 36 Establishment of Compensation Authorities Staff Division
(1)
The Compensation Authorities Staff Division is established as a Division of the Government Service.
(2)
The Division is responsible to the following Ministers—
(a)
Minister for Finance,
(b)
Minister for Industrial Relations.
