10-oc.29 10 Transfer of Office of Chief Scientist and Engineer to Investment NSW
(1)
The Office of the Chief Scientist and Engineer in the Department of Planning, Industry and Environment is transferred to Investment NSW.
(2)
A reference in a document to the Department of Planning, Industry and Environment is, if used in relation to the part of the Department referred to in subclause (1), to be read as a reference to Investment NSW.
(3)
A reference in a document to the Secretary of the Department of Planning, Industry and Environment is, if used in relation to the part of the Department referred to in subclause (1), to be read as a reference to the Chief Executive Officer of Investment NSW.
