28-oc.4 28 Transfer of Office of Veterans’ Affairs from DPC to DEC
(1)
The Office of Veterans’ Affairs is removed from the Department of Premier and Cabinet and added to the Department of Education and Communities.
(2)
In any document, a reference to the Department of Premier and Cabinet is to be construed as a reference to the Department of Education and Communities if the reference is used in relation to the Office of Veterans’ Affairs.
