10-oc.20 10 Transfer of parts of DEC to Office of Sport
(1)
The following parts of the Department of Education and Communities are transferred to the Office of Sport established by this Order—
(a)
Sport and Recreation Division,
(b)
Sport Corporate and Administrative Support Branch,
(c)
Venues NSW Division,
(d)
Sydney Olympic Park Authority Division,
(e)
Office of Penrith Lakes.
(2)
In any document, a reference to the Department of Education and Communities is, if used in relation to a part of that Department referred to in subclause (1), to be construed as a reference to the Office of Sport.
