9-oc.17 9 Change of name of DECC
(1)
The name of the Department of Environment and Climate Change is changed to the Department of Environment, Climate Change and Water.
(2)
The Department is responsible to the following Ministers—
(a)
Minister for Climate Change and the Environment,
(b)
Minister for Water.
(3)
In any document, a reference to the Department of Environment and Climate Change is to be construed as a reference to the Department of Environment, Climate Change and Water.
