27-oc.4 27 Amalgamation of Communities NSW with DEC
(1)
All branches are removed from Communities NSW and added to the Department of Education and Communities.
(2)
Communities NSW is abolished as a Division of the Government Service.
(3)
In any document, a reference to Communities NSW is to be construed as a reference to the Department of Education and Communities.
(4)
This clause is subject to clauses 9, 11 and 23.
