5-oc.39 5 Construction of references to Minister administering the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979
(1)
In any document, a reference to the Minister administering the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 is, for so long as that Act is jointly administered by the Minister for Infrastructure and Planning, the Minister for Natural Resources and the Minister Assisting the Minister for Infrastructure and Planning (Planning Administration), to be construed as a reference to any of those Ministers.
(2)
Subclause (1) does not apply in relation to section 8 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979.
