9-oc.26 9 Construction of references to Minister for Trade, Tourism and Major Events
In any document, a reference to the Minister for Trade, Tourism and Major Events is to be construed—
(a)
as a reference to the Minister for Tourism and Major Events if used in or in relation to legislation administered by that Minister, or
(b)
in any other case, as a reference to the Minister for Trade and Industry.
