The groups of staff in the Land and Property Management Authority who, in the opinion of the Director-General of the Department of Premier and Cabinet, are principally involved in the provision of corporate and shared services—
are, in the case of those staff who the Director-General determines are required in connection with the Department of Planning—removed from the Land and Property Management Authority and added to the Department of Planning, and
are, in the case of those staff who the Director-General determines are required in connection with the Department of Services, Technology and Administration—removed from the Land and Property Management Authority and added to the Department of Services, Technology and Administration.
