7-oc.54 7 Construction of references to Deputy Premier, Minister for Regional New South Wales, Industry and Trade
In any document, a reference to the Deputy Premier, Minister for Regional New South Wales, Industry and Trade is to be construed as a reference to the following—
(a)
the Minister for Regional New South Wales, if used in or in relation to—
(i)
legislation administered by the Minister, or
(ii)
the Appropriation Act 2021, section 11,
(b)
in other cases—
(i)
if used in relation to the Minister’s trade or industry functions—the Minister for Trade and Industry, or
(ii)
otherwise—the Deputy Premier.
