Any function exercised by the Director-General of the Department of Energy before the commencement of this Order, being a function that after the commencement of this Order is exercisable by the Director-General of Fair Trading, is taken to have been exercised by the Director-General of Fair Trading, and may continue to be exercised accordingly.
In particular, any delegation granted by the Director-General of the Department of Energy before the commencement of this Order, being a delegation granted under a power that after the commencement of this Order is exercisable by the Director-General of Fair Trading, is taken to have been granted by the Director-General of Fair Trading, and may be varied or revoked accordingly.
