5-oc.88 5 Construction of certain references to Minister for Education
In any document, a reference to the Minister for Education is to be construed—
(a)
as a reference to the Minister for Early Childhood Education if used in or in relation to legislation administered by that Minister, or
(b)
as a reference to the Minister for Skills if used in or in relation to legislation administered by that Minister.
