(1)
The reference in section 7 (1) (a) of the Public Servant Housing Authority Act 1975 to the Secretary of the Department of Administrative Services is be construed as a reference to the Managing Director of the Property Services Group.
(2)
The reference in section 7 (5) of the Public Servant Housing Authority Act 1975 to the Department of Administrative Services is to be construed as a reference to the Property Services Group.
