21-oc.8 21 Construction of references to Minister for Planning
In any document, a reference to the Minister for Planning is to be construed—
(a)
if used in or in relation to legislation administered by the Minister for Planning and Infrastructure, as a reference to the Minister for Planning and Infrastructure, or
(b)
if used in or in relation to legislation administered by the Minister for Heritage, as a reference to the Minister for Heritage.
