6-oc.11 6 Construction of references to Department of State Development
(1)
In any document, a reference to the Department of State Development is to be construed as a reference to the Department of Business and Regional Development, except as provided by subclause (2).
(2)
In any document, a reference to the Department of State Development is to be construed as a reference to the Office of Economic Development in the Premier’s Department if the reference is used in or in relation to legislation administered by the Minister for Economic Development.
