Administrative Changes Orders 1977–2023

The persons employed in the Treasury who are principally involved in the administration of the following Acts are transferred to the Department of Finance, Services and Innovation—

Building and Construction Industry Long Service Payments Act 1986,

Contract Cleaning Industry (Portable Long Service Leave Scheme) Act 2010,

Long Service Corporation Act 2010.

In any document, a reference to the Treasury is, if used in relation to the part of the Department referred to in subclause (1), to be construed as a reference to the Department of Finance, Services and Innovation.

The reference to the Secretary of the Treasury in the definition of Secretary in section 3 (1) of the Contract Cleaning Industry (Portable Long Service Leave Scheme) Act 2010 is to be construed as a reference to the Secretary of the Department of Finance, Services and Innovation.

The reference to the Secretary of the Treasury in the definition of Secretary in section 3 (1) of the Long Service Corporation Act 2010 is to be construed as a reference to the Secretary of the Department of Finance, Services and Innovation.

The reference in the definition of Chief Executive Officer in section 3 (1) of the Building and Construction Industry Long Service Payments Act 1986 to the Chief Executive Officer within the meaning of the Long Service Corporation Act 2010 is to be construed as a reference to the Secretary of the Department of Finance, Services and Innovation.
