3-oc.196 3 Change of name of NSW Fire Brigades to Fire and Rescue NSW
(1)
The name of New South Wales Fire Brigades is changed to Fire and Rescue NSW.
(2)
A reference in any Act or statutory instrument, or any other instrument, or in any contract or agreement to New South Wales Fire Brigades (or to NSW Fire Brigades) is to be construed as a reference to Fire and Rescue NSW.
