38-oc.3 38 Transfer of certain DPC staff to Ministry for Police and Emergency Services
(1)
The groups of staff in the Department of Premier and Cabinet comprising the Security and Recovery Co-ordination Branch and the Law Enforcement Policy Branch are removed from that Department and added to the Ministry for Police and Emergency Services.
(2)
In any document, a reference to the Department of Premier and Cabinet is to be construed as a reference to the Ministry for Police and Emergency Services if the reference is used in relation to a group of staff referred to in subclause (1).
