(1)
The Department of Industry and Investment is established as a Division of the Government Service.
(2)
The Department is responsible to the following Ministers—
(a)
Minister for the Arts,
(b)
Minister for Energy,
(c)
Minister for Mineral Resources,
(d)
Minister Assisting the Premier on the Arts,
(e)
Minister for Primary Industries,
(f)
Minister for Regional Development,
(g)
Minister for Rural Affairs,
(h)
Minister for Science and Medical Research,
(i)
Minister for Small Business,
(j)
Minister for State Development,
(k)
Minister for Tourism.
