13-oc.21 13 Transfer of part of DPC to Department of Communities and Justice
(1)
The Countering Violent Extremism Division of the Justice and Community Safety Branch in the Department of Premier and Cabinet is transferred to the Department of Communities and Justice.
(2)
In any document, a reference to the Department of Premier and Cabinet is, if used in relation to the part of that Department referred to in subclause (1), to be construed as a reference to the Department of Communities and Justice.
