The reference in section 5 (2) (a) of the Board of Vocational Education and Training Act 1994 to the Director-General of the Department of Industrial Relations, Employment, Training and Further Education (required by a previous order to be construed as a reference to the Executive Director (TAFE NSW Co-ordination) of the Department of Education and Training) is to be construed as a reference to the General Manager, Executive and Legal Services of the Department of Education and Training.
The reference in section 5 (2) (c) of the Board of Vocational Education and Training Act 1994 to the Executive Director of the Ministry of Education and Youth Affairs (required by a previous order to be construed as a reference to the Deputy Director-General (Teaching and Learning) of the Department of Education and Training) is to be construed as a reference to the Deputy Director-General, Operations, of the Department of Education and Training.
