3-oc.180 3 Transfer of SHFA planning staff to Department of Planning
The group of staff in the Office of the Sydney Harbour Foreshore Authority who, in the opinion of the Director-General of the Department of Premier and Cabinet, are principally involved in or in connection with planning matters under the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 are removed from the Office of the Sydney Harbour Foreshore Authority and added to the Department of Planning.
A reference in any Act or statutory instrument, or any other instrument, or any contract or agreement, to the Office of the Sydney Harbour Foreshore Authority (in relation to the group of staff removed from that Office under subclause (1)) is to be construed as a reference to the Department of Planning.
