(1)
The reference to the Director-General of the Department of Urban Affairs and Planning in section 6 (1) (b) of the Landlord and Tenant (Rental Bonds) Act 1977 is to be construed as a reference to the Director-General of the Department of Housing.
(2)
The reference to the Department of Urban Affairs and Planning in clause 2 (1) of Schedule 1 to the Landlord and Tenant (Rental Bonds) Act 1977 is to be construed as a reference to the Department of Housing.
