3-oc.175 3 Construction of references to Minister for Climate Change, Environment and Water
In any document, a reference to the Minister for Climate Change, Environment and Water is to be construed—
(a)
as a reference to the Minister for Climate Change and the Environment, or
(b)
if used in relation to legislation administered by the Minister for Water, as a reference to the Minister for Water.
