6-oc.35 6 Construction of references to Minister for Tourism and Sport and Recreation
In any document, a reference to the Minister for Tourism and Sport and Recreation is to be construed—
(a)
if used in or in relation to legislation administered by the Minister for Tourism, as a reference to the Minister for Tourism, or
(b)
if used in or in relation to legislation administered by the Minister for Sport and Recreation, as a reference to the Minister for Sport and Recreation.
