4-oc.38 4 Construction of references to Probation and Parole Service and probation and parole officers
(1)
In any document, a reference to the Probation and Parole Service in the Department of Corrective Services is to be construed as a reference to the Community Corrections Service in the Department of Courts Administration.
(2)
In any document, a reference to a probation officer or a probation and parole officer (whether or not employed in the Department of Corrective Services) is to be construed as a reference to a community corrections officer employed in the Department of Courts Administration.
