6-oc.25 6 Abolition of Department of Sustainable Natural Resources and transfer of branches
(1)
All branches are removed from the Department of Sustainable Natural Resources and added to the Department of Infrastructure, Planning and Natural Resources.
(2)
The Department of Sustainable Natural Resources is abolished as a Department of the Public Service.
(3)
In any document, a reference to the Department of Sustainable Natural Resources is to be construed as a reference to the Department of Infrastructure, Planning and Natural Resources.
