5-oc.87 5 Transfer of part of DEC to TAFE Commission (Senior Executives) Staff Agency
(1)
The part of the Department of Education and Communities comprising Public Service senior executives who are employed to enable the TAFE Commission to exercise its functions is transferred from that Department to the TAFE Commission (Senior Executives) Staff Agency.
(2)
In any document, a reference to the Department of Education and Communities is, if used in relation to the part of that Department referred to in subclause (1), to be construed as a reference to the TAFE Commission (Senior Executives) Staff Agency.
