7-oc.39 7 Construction of references to Minister for Finance and Services
In any document, a reference to the Minister for Finance and Services is to be construed—
(a)
as a reference to the Minister for Innovation and Better Regulation if used in or in relation to legislation administered by that Minister, or
(b)
in any other case, as a reference to the Minister for Finance, Services and Property.
