16-oc.3 16 Construction of references to Minister for Local Government and Co-operatives
(1)
In any document, a reference to the Minister for Local Government and Co-operatives is to be construed as a reference to the Minister for Local Government, except as provided by subclause (2).
(2)
In any document, a reference to the Minister for Local Government and Co-operatives is to be construed as a reference to the Minister for Consumer Affairs if the reference is used in or in relation to legislation administered by the latter Minister.
